There were several records of adult Mew Gull (now called Short-billed Gull) at Michigan City Harbor in the mid 90's. In fact, this was the second this year and and the forth state record. This winter-plumed adult (with a faint ring on the thin yellow bill) was first spotted by Jeff McCoy.
